The Ceylon Explore Tuk project was developed while working under Brandomic Creative for a Sri Lankan tourism and tuk-tuk tour service provider offering travel experiences and customized ride packages for local and international travelers. Built on WordPress, the website was designed to create an engaging and user-friendly platform that highlights travel experiences, tour packages, and seamless customer booking interactions. The platform includes a professionally designed homepage, company introduction pages, experience and package showcases, contact functionality, and an integrated “Book a Ride” system to streamline customer inquiries and reservations. The website layout was carefully structured to provide visitors with a smooth browsing experience while effectively presenting the company’s travel services and tour offerings. A custom WhatsApp API integration was implemented to automate booking communication workflows. When a customer submits a booking form, the assigned driver instantly receives a WhatsApp notification with the booking details, while the customer automatically receives a booking summary message via WhatsApp for confirmation and convenience. The website was optimized for responsiveness, performance, and mobile usability to ensure travelers could easily access the platform across all devices. This project strengthened my experience in WordPress development, travel-service website architecture, third-party API integrations, automated customer communication systems, and conversion-focused booking experiences.
